• extend pyproject metadata with required dependencies, classifiers, and optional dev extras while enforcing the minimum Python version at runtime
• harden startup flows with shared runtime checks, graceful telemetry initialization, and publish an enterprise-ready documentation and examples suite
• add CI pipelines, lint/type/test configuration, developer tooling, and support collateral for enterprise operations
