The OQD Hardware OCB repository contains hardware design files for Optical Circuit Boards (OCBs) developed by the Open Quantum Design (OQD) team. These boards are designed to manage optical routing, laser delivery, and signal control in precision photonic systems.
Each board is documented in the part number
Excel file included in the repository.
Assembly Boards/
– board that has no optical components and has no purpose without other boards mounted on itMounting Boards/
– board’s sole purpose is to mount non-optical components eg. laserOptical Modules/
– optical components are mounted
These OCBs are engineered to:
- Interface with lasers, acousto-optic modulators (AOMs), and fiber-optic couplers
- Provide reliable optical path routing and switching
- Integrate diagnostics and signal conditioning for quantum control systems
- Compact and modular mechanical layout
- Low-noise analog signal interfaces
- High-quality RF routing and power distribution
- Kinematic mounting and precision alignment features
To explore or modify the hardware:
