Remote Support Tool 0.4.1

Version 0.4.1 is a minor release, that adds a translation in Italian language and fixes some compatibility issues with PyInstaller 3.

This release contains the following executable binaries:

• Remote-Support-Tool.app.tar.gz contains an application bundle for Mac OS X 10.7 or newer (64bit)
• Remote-Support-Tool_linux-amd64.tar.gz contains an executable for Linux (amd64 / x86_64)
• Remote-Support-Tool_linux-i386.tar.gz contains an executable for Linux (i386)
