Updated to Adaptive Link 6.4

Added latest vtxmenu with OSD details. Default value is 0. Change it  via the VTXMENU.[Left stick Down Right + Right stick Down Left]
How to use:

1.After sysupgrade, connect, navigate to Telemetry tab and click [MSPOSD AIR EXTRA]. Follow the instructions in the MS-DOS window.
2.After 10 seconds navigate to Camera Settings, select the txprofiles from the menu and click [Install Adaptive Link 6.4]. Follow the instructions in the MS-DOS window.
