Static site export (2022-07-12, Build 0713)

  • Append build number (based on git describe) to the site version
  • Include UX/CSS tweaks which fixes the unreponsive links to indicators
    on the Probabilistic Risks overlay page.
    Fixes bug in Build 0711 in which the tweaks were mistakenly excluded.
  • Workaround incomplete hexbin-to-hexgrid transition (again)
    as we currently have 5km "hexbin" and 1km "hexgrid" on the server
