switch to qt5/qt6 as qt4 is real deprecated now

Thanks! From a quick test locally it works with Qt5 setting OCTOVIS_QT6=OFF. I was not yet able to build with Qt6 because I locally lack the libqglviewer dependency with Qt6 support.
