2025.6.10: Add Irish (ga) support for HassGetCurrentDate intent (#3217)

* Add Irish (ga) support for HassGetCurrentDate intent

This is my first contribution to the Home Assistant intents repo!
• Added Irish trigger sentences in sentences/ga/homeassistant_HassGetCurrentDate.yaml
• Created tests in tests/ga/homeassistant_HassGetCurrentDate.yaml to verify recognition
• Implemented Irish response template in responses/ga/HassGetCurrentDate.yaml
• Updated languages.yaml to include the ga (Gaeilge) block

Validated locally with `script.intentfest validate --language ga` and `pytest tests --language ga`.
