I need help with the Gmail version and idk what the App Pass is
The App-Password is for your own Google account, it is different than your login password.
you have to make it, see the instructions here
Goto your Google Account
click on the security tab on the left, then click on 2-Step Verification
making an app password requires 2fa to be enabled, create and app password with any name and copy the password "spaces included"
