Flopps Software License Agreement
This Flopps Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" or "You") and the owner of Flopps Software (hereinafter referred to as "Owner" or "We"). By downloading, installing, or using the Flopps software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Ownership and Usage Restrictions:
1.1 The Software is the private property of the Owner and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
1.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Software is provided solely for the purpose of viewing the Owner's work and nothing else.
1.3 You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
1.4 You may not use the Software for any economic or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, selling, renting, leasing, or distributing it for any form of compensation.
2. No Warranty:
2.1 The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2.2 The Owner does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the Software at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability:
3.1 In no event shall the Owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
4. Termination:
4.1 This License is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies of it.
4.2 The Owner reserves the right to terminate this License at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
5. Governing Law:
5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement:
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.
