… the Ngen object for each of its workers. This causes a problem with MPI runs because the mpirun command has already been inserted into the execution command in the original objection. An extra mpirun command will be insterted before the existing mpirun command, resulting in wrong mpirun execution command. Added a checking for the mpirun command. Insert the mpirun command only when there is no existing mpirung command.
