In this version:
- Used the new equinox.config system to configure the server.
- Annotated the empty constructor with the new EmptyConstructor annotation.
- Integrated the getAccountDynamicData procedure.
- Migrated resource translations to the new system, no longer using Mantis.
- Removed the workarounds to convert the request parameters
- The project date was updated with the date of the last ticket closed
