📊 HR Data Analysis Dashboard (Power BI)

🔍 Project Overview

This Power BI project provides a comprehensive analysis of HR data. The dashboard is designed to help HR professionals gain insights into employee demographics, attrition, performance, and other key HR metrics.

• CSV dataset (dirty data cleaned in Power Query)

• Handled missing values
• Removed duplicates
• Standardized column formats
• Converted text-based columns into categorical data
• Cleaned in Power Query before visualizing

• Identified departments with high attrition rates
• Highlighted performance patterns across different roles
• Showed correlation between job satisfaction and years at company
• Found the employees who are applicable for the severance benefits

🚀 How to Use

1. Download the .pbix file.
2. Open it in Power BI Desktop.
3. Explore the dashboard tabs for different insights.
4. Use slicers/filters to drill down by various employee attributes.
