R package with functions to reconstruct the Mutations-Area Relationship of a species with genome variation data sampled in space.

To build and install the developer version of the package with its dependencies, run:
./build.R
./install

For minimal set of dataset from the 1001 Arabidopsis Genomes, download the folder 1001g available in this google drive link:
