Update notes for v1.2.3:

• Minor tweaks to DataFormatting tool. Steps have been removed that are not necessary for the tool to run.
• General bug fixes to DataFormatting tool.
• Updated version value in all scripts.

Updates to codes: 4/30/2025

• Added versioning warning to all the tools. The tools will still function as normal, but the user will get a warning that the tools are out of date.
• Data formatting fixes: Simplified the codes and create more efficiency of the tool.
• Removed DataFormatting_PullGeology.py file. It is no longer necessary for the DataFormatting.py file.
• Metadata updates and fixes to the toolbox and scripts.
