On Visual Studio 2015 installation, check Silverlight Development Kit. //WAQS uses a dll provided by Silverlight SDK.

Then in Visual Studio 2015, go to Tools / Extension and updates... Select the online tab and search WAQS Click on Download, then Install and finally Close Restart Visual Studio

You are now ready to use WAQS.
