This release does not introduce any new features. The main changes are in the built system, leading to the ability
to build native executables for both osx and windows, which leads to a drastic reduction in startup time.
Furthermore, the build pipelines now automatically build and test these executables for both osx and windows,
allowing to offer pre-built binaries for both platforms.
