Version 2.0.0 (April, 4, 2025)

This release of Image-Optimizer-Action simplifies the Docker setup by switching to the official python:3 base image. It also provides a breaking fix by upgrading pip, removing unnecessary dependencies, and optimizing the image size for better performance.
