Changes :
- rewrote it to be a post effect like ray
- shadow ramp code was really really wrong in the last version, it should work like intended now
- added gamma and saturation control, one of the nice things about post effects
- uuuuuuh, code may or may not be prettier this time? idk, feel free to take a look
- removed the scuffed stage shaders, i might try to add them back if i can figure out a way to support it with only the slots we're given in MMD but dont get your hopes up
if you feel like the colors are a little dim in mmd, turn off self shading mode. It wont change anything besides the output color
