• Numero is a web application that allows users to post their projects and have them rated by other users.Users can sign up then login to Numer0, post projects and rate projects posted by other users.A user can also search for projects posted and view the projects details.

• Django: A web framework for Python: To create the project and the apps
• Bootstrap: A CSS framework - To style the page
• CSS: Cascading Style Sheets - To style the page
• HTML: Hypertext Markup Language - To display the page on the browser
