Few fixes

Due to some recent ED API updates, we had to make some changes to core functions, but we missed one detail: if the website detects that the extension was NOT installed, the user was not redirected to the installation page and waited in front of a static page :(. This is now fixed 👍

Features

• The Messaging tab now allows you to organize your conversations into message folders. You can create, rename, and delete folders and move messages into them.
• Along with viewing your strengths, you can now see your weak points to help identify areas for improvement.
• Access your administrative documents on Ecole Directe Plus from your account page.
• If your school enables it, you can now view your ranking in each subject.
• Teacher accounts are now compatible with EDP, with a special message displayed if the account is not supported.
• Your selected graph will now be saved for future sessions.

Fix and Upgrades

• If you’ve installed the EDP PWA (Progressive Web App), it now opens directly to the app (or login page) instead of the homepage.
• The extension installation message on mobile has been removed.
• Improved streamer mode.
• The API message retrieval limit is now unlimited.
• The message search system is more accurate.
• Improved integration between the extension and the website.
• Responsive behavior has been enhanced to better support shorter screen heights.
• The horizontal scrolling issue on the homepage on mobile has been resolved.
• Sub-subjects without coefficients are now managed correctly.
• Class minimum and maximum averages are no longer displayed on the graphs if they are not provided.
• The file pop-ups in the dashboard assignments are no longer empty.
• Fixed a crash issue caused by an invalid hash when clicking on feedback in the assignments page (temporary solution).

New Ecole Directe Plus version 🎊 v0.4.0

Messaging has arrived! You can now check out exciting messages from your teachers and educators without any distractions.

Features

• You will now be able to see the influence of each subject on your overall average, allowing you to identify where you need to improve
• The class average is now calculated by EDP, taking certain parameters into account to represent your level in comparison to your class with greater accuracy. It will now be displayed when hovering over the overall average
• In the assignment book, the display of tasks containing only session content has been completely redesigned to stand out clearly from assignments
• Scrolling through assignments by holding the mouse now maintains inertia, just like on mobile
• When you don't have any recent grades, the "Latest Grades" window will display a placeholder

• Improved rendering and interface for mobile users
• Improved styling for upcoming tests
• Improved styling for file buttons
• Improved styling of the assignment book in light mode
• Scrolling in the assignment book will now scroll through days horizontally instead of jumping to the next one
• Calendar buttons have been moved. Shift + click to load all assignments from the clicked day, and click on the date in the assignment book to return to the next closest day with assignments
• All dates will now be displayed in French, regardless of your location
• Scrolling through the list of upcoming assignments instead of resizing the window when it’s too small
• Upcoming assignments will be loaded regardless of the initially selected date
• Removed a link within a link that was causing a login error log
• Handled the new zoom behavior using the coordinates from the getBoundingClientRect method
• Strikethrough on upcoming assignments will no longer display after a window has been grabbed
