[PLT-1440] Vb/labeling dashboard filter updates

Description

This PR addresses issues from dev filter testing:

• Remove EQUALS operation from date filters, it does not make sense
• Switch to different API attributes for task counts. Those come from ES and will be consistent with task count filters
• Rename data_row_* attributes to task_* attributes to make it more generic and also consistent with api naming
