RMarkdown template for my scientific writing projects.
For this template, tinytex (https://yihui.org/tinytex/) should be used as LaTeX distribution. The template is based on bookdown (https://bookdown.org/) and uses the Eisvogel (https://github.com/Wandmalfarbe/pandoc-latex-template) LaTeX template as theme.
General information can be found here: [https://libscie.github.io/rmarkdown-workshop/handout.html(https://libscie.github.io/rmarkdown-workshop/handout.html).

For helpful colour palette selection https://leonardocolor.io/scales.html# can be used.
If a latex package destroys the formating uninstall tinytex (as described on the website) and reinstall it.
