This is a very simple and user-friendly utility for Teamcenter administrators, allowing them to open a PLMXML file, view the Teamcenter objects imported into it, and recreate the imported BOM in a graphical interface.

You can navigate to a file linked to a dataset in Finder, try to open it in an application, or save it to a more convenient location
If you specify a Teamcenter Site ID and the root URL to Active Workspace in the application settings, you will be able to navigate to the original Teamcenter system for the selected object
