I am a PhD candidate studying Biochemistry at Queen's University, Canada. My interests are structural biology, protein design/engineering, and synthetic biology.
Formerly, I was involved in iGEM on my universities team, and enjoy using/editing open source libraries that make my time in the lab a little easier!
- 🔭 I’m currently working on ... a synthetic biology course for our undergraduate program, protein engineering/design, and other small crystallography data mining programs...apart from my lab work
- 🌱 I’m currently learning ... Python, Molecular Operating Environment, Rosetta protein language, and the CCP4 crystallography program suite
- 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on ... generative AI and machine learning to predict the biophysical properties of proteins and for other structural biology problems
