Quick start

1. python -m pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Install tesseract-OCR and add it to PATH.

3. Install Ollama and pull qwen:14b model:

   ollama pull qwen:14b

4. Run: python main.py

Usage

• Insert → screenshot, OCR, AI-generated checklist.
• Ctrl+Shift+D → show/hide right-hand dock.
