R scripts for dose rate calculation in trapped charge dating (OSL, TL, ESR), prepared by Junjie Zhang and Sumiko Tsukamoto, Leibniz Institute for Applied Geophysics.

Directory structure:

  • /doserate_rProject - R codes and template csv file for dose rate calculation in trapped charge dating

  • /doserate_rProject/doserate_rProject.Rproj - The R project file, which should be double-clicked first to open the dose rate R project

  • /doserate_rProject/doserate_main.R - The main R script for dose rate calculation for quartz and feldspar

  • /doserate_rProject/functions - The folder of R functions used by the main R script when calculating the dose rates

  • /doserate_rProject/Supplementary Materials - The folder of supplementary materials.
