This is just a little PoC, that headlines are indeed possible with the current state of Typst. It might be a little hacky to use negative vspace, but in my testing it doesn't seem to affect the layouting in any way, and i would rather have hacky headlines, than no headlines until typst/typst#5182 is resolved (we could disable them by default, if desired).
Is this something you would want in your codebase? If so, i would cleanup a little, make the measurements more accurate and add the other headline types
Note that there are no overlapping parts, as the headline is adjustable using a context function
