Warning : this release has some major configuration breaking changes. Read below before installing !

Changelog :

• Add regions support
• Add groups support
• Add tasks / debug / events informations to services

Breaking configuration changes :

• Clusters are now configured using the regions env variable (or locally using regions.json / regions-default.json files). See README.md for more details on how to configure clusters. marathon.X and kubernetes.X configurations are no longer used and removed.
