At CRCI²NA (Nantes - Angers Cancer and Immunology Research Center), the ICAGEN (Integrated CAncer GENomics) team studies mechanisms of cancer development and treatment resistance through integrated genomic approaches. In multiple myeloma, we investigate the genetic and epigenetic changes that drive disease progression and resistance, with a focus on innovative immunotherapies such as CAR-T cells and bispecific antibodies. By integrating multiomics, bulk and single-cell profiling, and computational analyses, we uncover how tumors evolve and interact with the immune system.
