Shell Set Up (MacOs & Linux)

• Kitty - Terminal Emulator
• Fish - Shell
• Fisher - Plugin manager
• Starship - Shell theme
• tmux - Terminal multiplexer
• Nerd fonts - MonoLisa from the fonts folder + Maple Mono Nerd Font
• zioxide - Directory jumping
• lsd - ls replacement
• fzf - Interactive filtering

Modifications And Discussions

There's a lot of things that could be better and a lot of things is up to preferences, so I leave discussions about different tools here.

• Ghostty vs Wezterm vs Kitty vs Alacritty : I tried all of them, and I stayed with Kitty for the sick cursor jumping.
• z vs zioxide - z for fish vs zioxide
• lsd vs eza - lsd vs eza
• Tide vs Starship - I think tide is a bit less customizable
• Shell Color Prompt instead of Pictures - You could use Shell Color Scripts
