Hi, this is my first time using GitHub (in fact, my first time with any sort of online collaboration) so I hope I haven't made any noob mistakes. Please let me know if I have.
Aside from the source files I have also updated the ReadMe, Changelog and solution file - I'm not sure if this is the done thing or I should have left these to you?

Limits the rate of change  of axis value to a maximum settable parameter.  This is to help prevent extreme/jerky control responses - e.g. with the xbox controller which has short joysticks and is difficult to make small movements precisely.
