Convert one Axis to two Events like AxisToButtons,
Supports Pulse and Sensitivity.
If Pulse is true only a couple (depends on Sensitivity) of Events are fired when Axis is leaving dz.
If Pulse is false Events are fired in a frequency that also depens on the Sensitivity and the Axis value.
dz and Invert works like AxisToButton
