📥 Installation

To run the app locally, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Hemanshi2954/Health-Tracker-App.git

2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd Health-Tracker-App

3. Install the dependencies:

   npm install

4. Run the app:

   ng serve

5. Visit http://localhost:4200 in your browser to access the app.
