#12204 broke @:access behavior (#12259) because it is relying on
fa_hostwhich causes issues (@:accessisn't necessarily linked to that host directly). Another implementation that isn't breaking would be needed.Closes #12259
(I'd happily merge something that fixes private getters/setters implementation instead, but #12259 is blocking and must be addressed)
