Nowadays there are plenty of different blockchain platforms to choose from according to a variety of reasons. In this article, I'll show how to build a simple document manager using Hyperledger Fabric.
This article assumes that you have some experience developing code for Hyperledger Fabric, if that is not your case, I would recommend that you first install an hyperledger environment and follow the official tutorials.
