Workshop: BayesianStatistics

This repository contains slides and some code for a 3 to 4 hour workshop on Bayesian Statistics with the R package brms. In includes

1. a short introduction into the logic underlying Bayesian Statistics and Bayes Theorem
2. Background information on MCMC sampling
3. an introduction into probabilistic models and how to specify them in brms
4. a introduction into hypothesis testing and inference techniques relevant from brms models.
