🎀 Seminar (1 Hour)

A kickoff session to inspire and set the stage for the competition.

  1. Ideation (90 min) – Brainstorm, refine, and structure ideas.
  2. Presentation & Judging (120 min) – Showcase ideas to a panel of judges.

πŸ“… Day 2 β€” Hackathon

  1. Recap / Initialization (15 min) – Quick briefing on the day ahead.
  2. Hackathon Begins
    • Project Development (3 hrs) – Two stages (40%, then 50-60% elemination).
    • Deployment (1 hr) – Final touches and preparing for launch.
    • Judging (30-60 min) – Evaluation of completed projects.

  • Scoring – Based on simplicity and effectiveness of ideas.

  • Innovation & Creativity – How unique and original is the solution?
  • Presentation – Clarity, structure, and engagement.
  • Impact Potential – How useful and impactful is the project?
  • Feasibility – Can this be realistically built and deployed?
  • Implementation – Code quality, functionality, and completeness.
