Q: Does OpenConvert store my data?
A: No, OpenConvert does not store any file-related data. After each conversion, all data associated with your submission is permanently deleted. To ensure this, temporary files are automatically removed every 10 seconds if they’re no longer in use. If you have any concerns, you can review the OpenConvert server code here.
Q: How long does the conversion process take?
A: Conversion times vary depending on file size and format, but most files convert within seconds to a few minutes.
