This one bumps all the libraries (esp. jax related stuffs) to later versions. I ran a quick check on momappo continuous and it seems to run with Python 3.12.
Jax has dropped Python 3.9 a while ago, since 3.9 will end of life in October, I am already preparing this PR to remove it.
I suggest merging this after the paper has been accepted/released.
