To make up for the delayed turn in of the project I used the sbt packet manager and Pandas with Matplotlib to generate our charts

In order to compile and run the program from IntelliJ we need to edit our run configuration:

Edit configuration -> Modify options -> Java - Add dependencies with "provided" scope to classpath
