Fix #486
This also changes deleting
dlls/hl.libto deletingdlls/*.libin manual build to deal with cases when server dll is nothl(e.g.opfor). Of course I could instead extract theSERVER_LIBRARY_NAMEfrom cmake, but it's easier this way.
