• add nullish coallescing (??) and exponentiation (**) binary_ops by default (fixes nullish coalescing support #268)
• add logical assignment operators ||= &&= ??= (es2021)
• add license file to build output (fixes License-File missing in npm-packages #267)
• add docs for standard JS literals (fixes Infinity should be Literal value not Identifier #255)
• remove node 16, add node 22 to test builds
• (also upgraded eslint rules and docco to pass tests)

NOTE: will trigger a minor release ... I debated if the new binary ops should trigger a major or not, but let me know if you'd like me to change the commit message

The Exponentiation ** operator?

Yeah, I'm in doubt as well, technically, it could be alternate some logic for a very low percentage of users, which would advise for major. But I'm fine with minor as well. Feel free to adjust or to go ahead!
