Yoroi 2.3.1 - Fix wallet upgrade for small subset of users

This version fixes two issues

1. Some small subset of users were unable to upgrade their wallet to a Shelley wallet. This should fix the issue
2. Copying a pool id should no longer also copy the ellipsis
