IScriptLocator is an api to locate scripts.
It is a service.
See IScriptLocator
getScripts would be called after the setup of ShotaASM immediately.
There is a buildin ScriptLocator, ShotaScriptLocator, providing the scripts from the files at /shotaasm.
It is for ResourceModLoader. Provide a module shotaasm:shotaasm. The files under the module would be located.
