Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js >= 18.x
• Yarn >= 4.x
• Docker & Docker Compose
• Kubernetes (optional, for production)

Setup

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/DevOps-Ariful-Islam/ZarishHealthcare-System.git
   cd ZarishHealthcare-System

2. Install dependencies:

   yarn install

3. Copy and edit the .env file as needed:

   cp .env.example .env
   # Edit .env with your secrets and config

4. Start services (development):

   yarn dev

5. Build and run containers:

   yarn docker:build
   yarn docker:up

Testing & Quality

• Run linting: yarn lint
• Run formatting: yarn format
• Run tests: yarn test

CI/CD

Automated workflows for security scanning, testing, building, and deployment are configured in .github/workflows/ci-cd-pipeline.yml.

Contribution Guidelines

1. Fork the repository and create your branch from main.
2. Follow code style and commit conventions.
3. Ensure all tests pass before submitting a PR.
