Removed code snippet for setting tracer hostname in Python code. The method has been deprecated and is no longer available.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Remove deprecated tracer.configure() code samples.

Tracer.configure(): Deprecated parameters have been removed. Use environment variables to configure Agent connection details (hostname, port), sampling, and other settings.
