What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
We had a customer call today in which they struggled to enable the PHP profiler. The attention was completely on the code box and they did not read through the list and missed the most important instruction. So I was thinking that putting everything that is mandatory in a code box, all mandatory steps would get the attention they deserve and customers/prospects would not stumble over this anymore.
