What does this PR do?

Adds example for apm latency and error tracking monitor for datadog-operator

Motivation

Examples do not exist for the APM monitoring yet

Additional Notes

I have created these monitors for my own org using given queries.

Are there minimum versions of the Datadog Agent and/or Cluster Agent required?

• Agent: vX.Y.Z
• Cluster Agent: vX.Y.Z

Describe your test plan

1. install datadog-operator in your cluster
2. k apply -f examples /datadogmonitor/apm-response-latency.yaml
3. view monitors being created in Datadog UI and as datadogmonitor resource in k8s cluster for given namespace
