how to setup storage.

1. go to https://portal.azure.com/#home
2. click on cloud shell at top right corner and select bash
3. make sure you have terraform by running terraform version
4. clone cyberhaven terraform module TBD
5. cd to cyberhaven-terraform-azure
6. run terraform init
7. run terraform plan -y
8. set location to prefered location
9. set client_name to your organization name
