The Current Features of the System are:

General

  • Booking of Young People & Adults onto a Scouting Event by Leaders
  • Login for Leaders - enabling later completion of the application
  • User & Administrative access
  • [Planned] Multiple Section Support

Booking

  • Leaders can book any number of attendees onto an event - reusing attendees
  • Allergy, contact & medical information can be required
  • OnlineScoutManager integration - syncronisation of attendees between OSM section & User attendees
  • Progress indication - showing completion of required information and payment
  • Automatic invoice generation - based on attendee numbers
  • Capacity limiting - only allowing certain numbers of attendees (including or excluding leaders) or teams onto the event
  • Discount Codes - applied to invoices for invoice price reduction
  • Rule based discounts (get 1 leader free for every 6 Cubs)
  • [Planned] Different Event Types - allowing Unspecified Attendee Events

Payments

  • Payment Tracking & automated user notification
  • Partial Payments on Invoices - record multiple payments to cover the balance
  • Display Accounting View for Events - recording expected income against received income

Communication

  • Transactional Notification Emails
  • Read Tracking - User Notification System
  • Component Notification Creation

Administration

  • Bulk Invoice & Application Generation & Downloads
  • Notes on Payments, Applications & Invoices (option for visiblity for admin only or all users)
  • Create & Send Notes / Communications to users directly within the application (simple CRM)
  • [Planned] CSV Download for Administrators
